1. Prayer and fellowship with God will keep you focused on what is the most important issues for your life.
2. The mission of Jesus was to proclaim the gospel of God, “...The kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel.” Mark 1:14-15
3. Leviticus 13 give the details for all the variations of Old Testament leprosy and how priests were instructed to evaluate each case.
4. Leviticus 13:45-46 tell how persons with leprosy were to dress and isolate themselves.
5. A person with leprosy was viewed as having been judged by God:
Numbers 12:10 Miriam was judged for rebelling against Moses.
2 Chronicles 26:19-21 In pride, Uzziah went into the temple with a censer to burn incense on the alter.
6. “Human touch is huge part of how we interact with others. We shake our co-workers hand, hug our loved ones, and high-five our friends. We bond through physical touch.” WebMD
7. Application:
Every believer needs to spend time in daily private prayer and fellowship with God.
As New Testament believers, we are commanded to, ‘Go tell about the saving work of Jesus because of His death, burial, resurrection, and ascension.’
The touch of Jesus changes your life for eternity.
