Lessons Learned

1. God is a promise maker and a promise keeper.
2. God has made promises to believers that we can depend on Him to keep.
3. God makes himself known so that people will submit to Him.
4. God wants to be your God.
5. Jesus has acted to redeem us from the consequences of sin.
6. Discouragement eats away at your faith, therefore be strong in the Lord.
7. The Egyptians considered the Pharaoh to be a god.
8. When the people of God attempt to devote their full service and allegiance to God, they encounter opposition from the world.
9. Sometimes circumstances get worse before God intervenes.
10. God can humble the most arrogant in order to accomplish His will.
11. Application:
When believers stand up for Biblical standards and morality, they should expect to be met with protest from those who do not know the Lord.
Jesus is our kinsman redeemer. He put on skin to redeem us from the curse of sin.
Discouragement is an enemy of faith.
